“In Shadow Of Winter” by L. K. Thayer

my bright ghost

of shadow and light

let our shadows come together

and dance across water’s edge

give the shore a lap dance

a dance for more than a dime

time will tell

our future’s bending grace

it wait’s for no one

will our lover’s knot

come undone

our shadows hands clasp

outstretched clinging to

the voice

that keeps whispering

take a chance

    Lisa, missed you yesterday – not the same without you there! Reading this piece was like feeling the soft pedals of a rose. Take that chance, honey. You only live once! I love this poem, LK – like satin. You are so talented, my dear!!
